The Mission
Let Us Play Incorporated is designed to give underserved musicians opportunities to play. It lets people of color perform and work in a classical symphony orchestra. The name of the symphony is The Black Philharmonic. The philosophy of The Black Philharmonic is to promote a healthy environment for musicians who have been neglected by mainstream orchestras because of their race, skin color, age, academic background and nationality.
